Recipe number 1

Cut 3 medium-sized unpeeled apples into slices, pour in a liter of boiled water, cook for 10 minutes over low heat, leave for 30 minutes, add honey to taste and drink as tea.

Orange tea: 1 part of orange peel, 1 part of black long leaf tea, 1/2 part of lemon peel. All pour boiling water: 60 g of the dry mixture - 1 liter of boiling water, add orange syrup to taste and insist 5 minutes.
