Lazy dumplings from cottage cheese is one of the dishes that many people loved in childhood and still adore. Sometimes they are also called lazy dumplings or cottage cheese dumplings.

According to our recipe, lazy cottage cheese dumplings are cooked quickly, and the taste is the same as that of desserts, although they contain a small amount of sugar.

Lazy dumplings

Ingredients

  • 500 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 30 g butter
  • salt (to taste)

Cooking

  1. Mix all ingredients except flour. Stir thoroughly until smooth.
  2. Add flour and knead the dough.
  3. Roll the dough into a "sausage" and cut it into small pieces.
  4. Put a pot of water on the fire when it boils, salt it and throw lazy dumplings into boiling water.
  5. When the lazy dumplings float up, boil them for about 40 seconds and take out.

Serve the lazy sour cream dumplings, jam, seasonal berries and fruits or butter to choose from.
